TIPS for Child Care Institute, Inc. provides an integrated course schedule of learning through exploration, personal discovery, and self-reflection. In every class, our instructors emphasize the strategies and processes involved in understanding the course content and create a unique opportunity to prepare our students to live intelligent, thoughtful, and fulfilling lives in a rapidly changing society.
*Infant Toddler Credential Course includes:
- 120 Clock hours with transcript meeting CDA Criteria
- Portfolio Preparation
- Test Prep
This course option meets weekly for 2 weeks online with a live instructor it is recommended practitioners place 10 hours aside for out of class homework.
TIPS JumpStart Support program aids Infant Toddler Teachers in meeting teacher criteria of CDA Credential in less time than a traditional CDA Training Program.
Note: This is a live instructor lead webinar-based program geared towards teachers hired for EHS CCP and Expansion Programs. Course content supports collaboration readiness, implementation of activities, Developmentally Appropriate Practice and NAEYC Overview along with the basic understanding of Head Start history and standards.
Enrolling in this course will provide your teachers with our hands-on, innovative class for students of every background. Our qualified and experienced teachers serve as facilitators of the learning process. Instead of simply lecturing, they guide students by helping to make sense of course materials, encouraging them to ask questions and explore solutions, and promoting the use of resources outside of the classroom.
